For new users on how to create a UniFi account.

We generally recommend creating a UniFi Account before you add yourself to a Unifi device

1. Open your preferred browser and enter account.ui.com

   

2. In the UniFi page, navigate to the bottom and click on Create One to make an account.

   

3. You will be asked to provide general information to create your UniFi account. Complete sign up to proceed.

   

4. After registering for the account, you will need to check your email to verify your account before signing in.

   

5. You will be prompted to choose whether to add Multi-Factor authentication. We recommend to enable it to prevent unauthorized access.

   1. Note: You can enable this in the UniFi account settings.

   

6. Once your account is verified, enter your username/email and then enter your password.

   

7. Once logged in, you will be inside your account settings. Navigate to the top right and click on UniFi.

   

8. Now you are in the site manager portal. Once here, please wait for Space Cadets to invite you to your new UniFi Device.
